Is the painting insured while shipping? 2017-11-30T21:12:46+00:00

Yes, all my paintings are 100% insured. If your package is lost or damaged, I will do the best I can to solve this problem. If lost or damaged during shipment, I will repair or create a new item for you, without any further cost.

What is the estimated delivery time? 2017-11-12T08:53:39+00:00

Every Friday all the orders of the week are packed, picked up and shipped directly to it’s destination. Usually it will take 10 – 12 days to arrive at your doorstep. However, if your package is held and checked at customs it can take up to 10 days or longer (this doesn’t happen a lot).

Purchasing original art is a special experience. When you purchase an original work of art, it is one of the few completely unique and one of a kind objects you can buy in the world today. As more and more items we use and buy everyday (including art prints and machine generated paintings) become mass produced, buying original art provides a rare opportunity to find something one-of-a-kind that truly reflects your personality, as well as your unique taste and style. Original art is also one of the only objects that can be both current and timeless.

Yes, you can. I will send you pictures of the details you request. If you would like to recieve additional pictures, please contact me using the form below.

Do I have to pay a deposit for a custom request? 2017-11-12T08:58:53+00:00

Yes, I will ask 100 USD payment in advance as a deposit. I will deduct it from the price when you decide you want to buy the artwork. Although I will do my best to create the best custom item, it’s always possible you don’t like the final result. Because I don’t want you to have an artwork that is not completely to your satisfaction, you don’t have to buy it. However, the 100 USD deposit will not be returned – thank you for your understanding.

Custom art will range about 20% higher in price than what you may see for the same size on my website. That is because custom work  requires special requirements, more time etc.

Yes! Need a painting in your size and colors? Found an artwork you love, but want something a little different? Have a subject personal to you that you want an artist to explore? Discovered a great piece but it was already sold? Whatever the reason, commissioning a custom piece of art is easy. Just send me an email with all your wishes. I’ll contact you within 24-48 hours to review your request. I’ll get you a detailed quote including cost and timeframe. If you decide to move forward with the request, I begin your commission. Upon completion, you a receive a fantastic, one-of-a-kind, custom work of art!

Can I return my painting? 2017-11-12T08:55:44+00:00

Yes, I want all my customers to be completely satisfied. Within two weeks after receiving the artwork, you can return your painting and get a complete refund. I have to note that your shipping cost back to me will be at your own expense.
