Found an artwork you love, but want something a little different? Need a painting in your size and colors? Discovered a great piece but it was already sold? Whatever the reason, commissioning a custom piece of art is easy. Just follow these four steps:
What if I don’t like it?
Just return the painting. I want all my customers to be completely satisfied. Within two weeks after receiving the artwork, you can return your painting and get a complete refund. I have to note that your shipping cost back to me will be at your own expense.
What is the price of custom art?
Custom art will range about 25% higher in price than what you may see for the same size on my website. That is because custom work requires special requirements, more time etc.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, I will ask 100 USD payment in advance as a deposit. I will deduct it from the price when you decide you want to buy the artwork. Although I will do my best to create the best custom item, it’s always possible you don’t like the final result. Because I don’t want you to have an artwork that is not completely to your satisfaction, you don’t have to buy it. However, the 100 USD deposit will not be returned – thank you for your understanding.
